1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications
Unsolicited bulk messaging, robocalls, or spam
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
Use of services for illegal or unlawful purposes
Impersonation of individuals, businesses, or government entities
Transmission of harmful content, malware, or malicious code

2. Security Violations

Users must not attempt to compromise HorizonTel systems or networks, including:

Unauthorized access attempts
Scanning, probing, or testing system vulnerabilities
Interference with service performance or availability
Bypassing authentication or security controls

3. Traffic & Usage Restrictions

Users must not engage in:

Artificial traffic inflation
Call pumping or fraudulent routing
Use of numbers for unlawful or deceptive purposes
Routing traffic to high‑risk or prohibited destinations

4. Enforcement

HorizonTel may suspend or terminate services for violations of this AUP. Severe violations may result in immediate service termination without notice.
